BONGO BAZAR! HALAL Super Market !

There are already many Halal shops in Japan that sell Halal food. However, it can be said that there is still a shortage. But Great news for all Muslims residing in Japan.

In the Saitama ken Misato area, there is a BIG supermarket known as BONGO BAZAR (FRESH and HALAL FOOD SUPERMARKET). A very convenient store to shop for Halal items. The owner of this store is Muslim, MR. Badol Chakladar, who keeps his store updated according to Muslim needs. A great supermarket made mostly for Muslims. Although I have visited before and was amazed then also but after a very long time I visited once more and was shocked with a lot more variations and things in the store.

The store is designed in such a good way that in every shelf and every column they have a tag name under HALAL, MUSLIM FRIENDLY, and NON-HALAL. It is easier for Muslims to shop by seeing the tags on each row/column of every shelf. They sell all kinds of Halal meat (fresh and frozen), seafood, Asian food items, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, halal bakery items, many other imported items from many countries and even regular local Japanese products.

From the smallest item to the biggest one you can find everything in this store. They usually have good bargains on many items like fruits and vegetables. They usually also have many seasonal fruits from other countries as well and many rare vegetables like Mangoes, green mangoes, durian, Jackfruits, Okinawa's sugar cane, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, etc. Other than grocery items there is a small food corner as well where they have Bentos. There are curry and naan sets, Karaage, tandoori chicken, French fries, rice sets with curry, etc.

I wanted to get every item which was in the store but I ended up buying few naturally baked items, fresh wagyu, fresh raw steak, frozen parathas, frozen chicken wings, some Asian spices, juices for my kids, cookies, Turkish sweets, and few Japanese local Muslim friendly items.

The store is spacious and the prices are reasonable. There is a big free parking space. The important thing is that such a store has started where Muslims of various widths and styles can feel at ease. In short, this supermarket is actually a solution for all Muslims of Japan.
