RumaRahim is a newly opened Halal café that opened in July 2022 and is owned by Muslims. It is not a regular coffee shop but can be said as an Indonesian Halal café that carries selections of Indonesian coffee and other Indonesian desserts and food items. This is a coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere and a homey concept. The café's interior is so cool which has a royal-type sofa and cute decorations with fresh flowers and leaf plants. The café location is very easier to locate as it is located on the first floor of CHIBA ISLAMIC CULTURAL CENTER(CICC) and is just a 3-minute walk away from Nishi Chiba station.

RumaRahim café is open from 9:00 until 19:30 (Tuesday-Friday) and on Saturday from 11:00-18:00). They are closed every Sunday and Monday. They also have free Wi-Fi. This is not only a café to eat and drink. You can also buy handbags, bamboo baskets, and other things from Indonesia as souvenirs /gifts for yourself or your loved ones. Everything in this café is 100% Halal. You can even get Halal bread here.
Here Muslims can come and connect with other Muslims too. You can learn different languages also from Muslims from different communities. The environment of this café is very nice and positive. The menu of this café keeps on changing according to the everyday menu and the food is cheap and delicious. You can also get a chance to eat delicious desserts which are Halal here like chocolate Wafflesicecream, brownies, different types of cakes, cookies, and banana split ice-creams. You can enjoy Indonesian foods like satay at their café too. Now they also started serving Halal burgers at their café. They have a 100% Halal beef/wagyu burger set on their menu which comes with French fries and iced tea (free refills) which is just for 1000Yen for the Beef cheeseburger and 1200Yen for the wagyu cheeseburger.

RumaRahim is a highly recommended café in Chiba where Muslims can relax in peace and can enjoy quality time with their friends and can also make new Muslim friends. We hope more Halal café get open in Japan in every prefecture.
