Menya Honulu HALAL Ramen shop at Ebisu!

It's quite difficult to get Halal ramen in Japan but around Tokyo, you can find many Halal options. It's been 5 years in Japan but didn’t have the chance to try ramen that's one of the most popular cuisines in Japan. I am really happy to say that I have it in a very good restaurant which was Halal certified. The name is Menya Honulu Ebisu Halal Ramen shop. It is just 5 minutes' walk from the exit of Ebisu station. It has a big flag of HALAL FOOD name just outside the shop. It is a very small shop but very cozy. First floor has a sitting of 4-5 people and on second floor you have to sit on the floor with floor cushions. Around 3 tables are placed upstairs. Shoes are not allowed upstairs. Proper shoe rack is placed where you have to put your shoes. A small space is available to offer prayers which is upstairs. There is a ticket vending machine near the entrance from where we can order. I ordered fried chicken, gyozas and chicken ramen. I gave my ticket to the chef and went upstairs. After 5 minutes I got my order on my table. I must say it was my first time to try Ramen and it was delicious. Very thick and rich chicken broth. From now on ramen is my favorite dish among Japanese cuisines. Gyozas were also delicious. Fried chicken taste was also good. I enjoyed my meal in a very comfortable way. It just costed around 1300-yen very cheap and a lot of food. I was very happy that I chose this small shop to have my lunch. No alcohol or no other non-Halal items are served so it’s a 100% Halal ramen shop. The manager is also Muslim and very friendly and welcoming. A good ramen is defined by its broth and Menya Honulu Ebisu makes it so good in reasonable prices. I highly recommend to visit this small shop which serves very delicious ramen.
