The restaurant is always so full of customers and gets busy that it mostly takes reservations only, so if you have not reserved seats, you might not be able to dine in. It is one of the most famous restaurants in Hakone because of its amazing food and prime locations. It is said to be a spot for tourists as well. This restaurant is one of the few places that stays open until late at night in Hakone which is from 10:30-20:00. Their dinner service begins at 17:00, if you arrive beforehand, they serve tea, coffee, and dessert. Their staff is very friendly and very attentive to all the customers which makes their services good.
