Karachi is the capital of Pakistani province of Sindh. It is the largest city in Pakistan and the 12th largest city in the World. Karachi is also known as the city of lights. There are many Pakistani restaurants in japan but very few have authentic taste, but KARACHI RESTAURANT is one of the best restaurants which serves authentic taste from their city Karachi. This restaurant is in Yashio , Saitama ken and is near to "Nakabanba bus stop". As Karachi second name is city of lights similarly this restaurant is also decorated with many lights from outside which gives you a feeling of their city Karachi. Due to its amazing attractive decorations and great food, it has been covered by many Japanese televisions like Fuji television, Tokyo televisions etc. It is one of the famous restaurants in Japan. I went there with my family, so they provided me a separate section with curtains all around. Very impressive, as privacy to Muslim families is rarely given in few restaurants in Japan who don’t want to be in contact with men. Their menu is so good they have separate menu with all their dishes pictures on it, so anyone who don’t know about their city dishes they can have an idea what that dish will look like. I ordered SEEKH KEBAB, FISH AND CHIPS, MANGO LASSI, FALOODA and FISH MASALA (recommended by the chef). I must say the food was good, naans were actually not like other Asian restaurants, they were like Karachi naans, seekh kebab was of mild taste, shake was good too, falooda was not so much good as what I expected because I had falooda in Karachi before, so it was good but not so much good to me and fish and chips were great too as I heard from many people, they serve the best fish N chips, so yes it was best! Fish curry was really good, I had it first time in Japan and it tasted really good. I must say Karachi Restaurant is a pretty good restaurant with good food and very friendly staff. One who visit Yashio , they must visit their amazing restaurant. They also sell many Halal foods items from Pakistan as well, so Muslims can enjoy great food and can shop many Halal certified items as well.
