Prayer room in SHIBUYA PARCO

With the increase in MUSLIM students, MUSLIM workers, and MUSLIM tourists from overseas Japanese become more aware of the needs of Muslims.


Many Halal restaurants are opening different cuisines and many mosques are building up in Japan. Similarly, many prayer spaces/rooms are being made in most of the shopping malls.
This makes Muslims visit malls and enjoy their quality time without worrying about the prayers because now Muslims can easily pray in some of the famous malls around Tokyo.


Shibuya Parco is a big famous shopping mall located near to Shibuya station, Tokyo. It is very easy to reach as it is just 6–7-minute walking distance from the station. The prayer room is on the 5th floor. There are curtains to separate male and female prayers. Men and women both can pray. There is a proper ablution (wudhu) area inside the room. Very clean praying room. Although there are no praying mats separately, the mat in the room is so clean, you can pray over it. The room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people.
Very clean and comfortable place to pray, but the only problem is the music coming from the hall.
It is a very good prayer room available in one of the busiest districts in central Tokyo.
