Yamadaya was founded in Miyajima in 1952 as a manufacturer of "Momiji Manju". Initially, the only type of Momiji manju was bleached red bean paste, but now we manufacture about 20 types (including seasonal products). We are developing a wide range of products to meet the needs of our customers, such as tastes using special products from Hiroshima and Miyajima, and collaboration products with creator groups, musicians, and anime. These foods are Muslim-friendly.
